LLC we pride ourselves on providing the best quality jewelry as well as top notch services to our valuable customers and so, if a product purchased from our store doesn’t satisfy the customer’s needs, it can be returned within 30 days of the purchase, in its original condition. Before returning the product(s), please contact us by either sending us an email at marksjewelryco@yahoo.com or calling us at (636) 639-0835 to state the reason for returning the product(s).

Packaging of product(s) for returns

While returning the product(s), please make sure that they are packaged properly and securely along with all the original sales receipts and packaging materials. We would also recommend to get the package insured for safety purposes.

Returns inspection and refunds processing:

The products returned should be in their original condition. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss during transition, which is why secured packaging and insurance are recommended. If the product(s) are damaged, worn out, altered, or re-sized in any way, they will not be accepted for return. Also, custom made jewelry, including custom engraved products, will not be accepted for return.Once we receive the product(s), we will carefully inspect them, after which we will initiate your refund within 2 to 3 business days.

Note: Any shipping fee charged at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
